1. It took the doctor five hours (FIVE!) to give my husband and I our annual physicals.
2. I was unprepared for a meeting.
3. We had a fender bender in the new car.
Things for which I am grateful:
1. We both got a clean bill of health.
2. My coworkers are forgiving people.
3. The accident happened at such a low speed that the airbags didn't deploy.
4. The day is finally over.

The outcomes were in the right order though - health fine - car a bit(?) poorly.
5 hours!!! That's ridiculous.
I hope you had a brew or two when you two got home.
I hope most of the five hours was waiting and not being poked and prodded! And that sucks about the car! Hopefully your insurance will cover a good deal of it?

Update: Most of the five hours was waiting, and the doctor spent almost 30 minutes talking to each of us (Which was totally awesome). We got the estimate on the car, and it costs way more than I think it should, but insurance covers a good portion of it. And we'll have to ride only the motorcycle for an entire week, so Andrew's probably happy about that.
