A little piece of my day

Today is a gray and rainy Tuesday. I left work early to do my part for democracy by participating in the "Potomac Primary." Afterwards, I made a pot of tea. I've had this pot for many years, but it only started seeing daily use when Andrew came along. And the little cow milk jug is silly enough to make me laugh but not enough to make me cringe.

Do you all have any of those daily traditions that slowly become rituals?

It's good to know that you support democracy by going along to vote. You are continuing the good example that we always set our offspring when they were at home.
Its been a bright sunny day and pleasantly warm for February in our part of the UK - a bonus for the half term break.
Milky coffee drinking at bedtime - that's our ritual!

I love the little cow milk jug. I am always ever too lazy to do anything but pour it from the carton.

As my children will attest, I am devoid of any repetitive, locked in, ritual like behavior patterns.

reading a few pages before I sleep. Sometimes even when I'm arriving home at 3 am.
